I recently received a CD with instructional videos on it, the video plays ok but no sound. I have checked the usual settings on my computer and they appear ok.
I am running Windows XP home, and I also have the same on my laptop, funny thing is that I can play the video with sound on the laptop!!!!
Anyone help?

dose it play any sound at all?
if not try checking is it plug in to the PC and if the speakers are power
check the plug. If you have a key board with the button mute on it try that
or use a difrent software to play the video

I had a problem with mono audio not playing.
I read where the AC3Filter pack may help. It fixed mine .
May be worth a try for you.
