1st: Sorry for my bad english
2nd: I need to relocate my "Documents & Settings" folder to another HD and
then create new users. I think this is the best way for me to achieve protect
the configurations and documents of all users of a PC from a system crash. My
problem is: I don't know how to do that. I wish that Windows creates my all
new users in another partition or hard disk and (obviously) automatically
redirect all of the config folders (My Docs, My Favorites, Cookies, etc) of
each user to that direction. Can somebody help me?

It wont protect anything if that hard drive goes bad.
Backups are the way to protect files/settings

I suggest the first thing that you do is to create an account for each user
who will be using the machine.

Then, log in as the first user. For each user account, right-click on the My
Documents folder on the desktop and left-click on Properties. A My Documents
Properties dialog box will appear and you should see the current default in
the Target box that reads something like this: "C:\Documents and
Settings\USERNAME1\My Documents."

Click on the Move radio button in the middle of this dialog Box. It will
bring up a Select A Destination dialog box that will let you choose the
drive and folder for this user's default Documents and Setting.

Click OK and log in as the second user. Repeat the process described above
for each user.

You can't move the full Documents and Settings folder, except at the time of
installation.

An error message informs you that you cannot move or rename the Documents
and Settings folder
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314843/en-us

After the fact what you can do is move the users My Documents, My Music, and
other My folders to a different drive by several different means. One is by
using TweakUI, one of the MS powertoys:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

Lastly. this is not the best way to protect the documents of all users.
Moving folders to a different drive allows for ease in backup, but to
protect the data all the important files need to be regularly backed up to
external media. And the best is to have redundancy in backup means and
media.

Acronis True Image version 10 to image the system to an external drive is an
good and cost effective backup / recovery solution.

Always, always have a full and complete backup.

Use the "save as" option. Point to the location of your choosing not on the
windows partition. For users, create a folder designated just for each user
on that partition.

Favorites. Use the import/export option in IE. Save favorites as
bookmark.htm. Not to the windows partition of course.

Don't save cookies.
