When I click on a video, for example, on weather.com. The screen sets there
usually, or will jump around, and then freeze. At the very tope of the page
it says that Internet Explorer is no responding. Is there a setting I am
missing or whats the problem. I have this with any video I try. Have the
latest media player, etc. Please help

Try R.clicking on the video,select "save as" then run from desktop.Also,does
all video respond like that,windows media home page has some clips to try,
if all fail,most likely youre ram memory is to small,purchase more,& look in
event viewer,see what the OS is up to at that time...
