windows movie maker deleted video showing up at random points...

I'm editing a video with windows movie maker... but in various times in my
playback, a specific piece of video (which I edited and deleted) keeps
showing up... when I delete that piece of video and replace it... the video
just shows up in another point of the video. This is very frustrating. If
anyone can advise... please e-mail me back at: .

it's some kind of corruption of the project file.... I've had to go as far
as copy/pasting the contents of a project file into a new one so the issue
is left behind.
