Importing Favorites

I'm importing my Favorites from Internet Explorer in a
Dell Dimension with Windows 98 to a Dell Inspiron with
Windows XP. Using the Export/Import Wizard. Wizard will
not recognize file names I'm trying to access for the
import, either from C or A drives. Thanks.

have you called the file you are trying to import something other than
favorites.html?

I had same importing IE Favourites and OE Address Book from IE/OE 5.5 into
IE 6, no problem when the version nos. were the same.
