Hi there :-)
Does anybody of you know about problems when using a layered window
on top of an application with video overlay in action??
I have an application where I play video with video overlay (like WMP).
Additionally, I use a layered windows on top of the whole application
UI. Now, when I drag a dialog on top of of that UI mixture everything
starts flickering really bad.
Is there a way to avoid this (flags, etc) ? Or is this standard
Windows XP behavior ?
