DVD burning software which will take easily generated input files

Greetings,

I'm writing a piece of software that generates some video files which will
then be put together onto a DVD.

I'm looking for DVD-burning software that will let me generate an XML file,
or some other easily-generated file, to specify which video files go onto
the DVD, in which order, with titling, etc. so that the user can then launch
the DVD-burning software with all the specifications already filled in.

I know Windows (Vista) DVD Maker does this. What else is out there?
Anything commercial?
