Guest Account

I have two desktops both running XP Home. One is in my
office and is hooked up to a dsl modem and a wireless
router and is used exclusively by me. The other one
(client)is in the kitchen and has a wireless usb network
adapter. I have turned on the guest account on the
kitchen computer and my own account on this computer is
password protected. However every time I try to switch
users from me to guest, the request is ignored and Guest
will not open. The guest account will open on the
computer in the office however when I try it there. Is
this somehow being caused because the kitchen computer is
the client?
