I have Windows XP Home and 1 GB of ram. Should I upgrade to Internet Explorer
7.
I currently have IE 6.

If you want IE7, sure. I prefer 6.1. There is no "should" involved.

Because IE7 has significant security enhancements, yes, I think you should.

Ken,
If you upgrade to IE7 and don't like it, can you go back without
reinstalling WXP? (I didn't read all the reference links previously posted
in this thread)

I've heard and seen examples where that wasn't 100% successful. As with all

True, nothing is guaranteed to work the way it's supposed to.
Still, there's no more reason to expect a problem here than with any other
uninstall.
