Add-remove programs

I am trying to remove a program. After clicking CONTROL PANEL,
ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS the program I want to remove is not listed.
How can I do this? The program I want to delete is called
WINTOTAL done by alaMode, a real estate appraisal software.
HELP!!! PLEASE

Tom Z,

A visit to their site doesn't provide much info, but you may want to try
looking in the program folder for an uninstall file (generally named -
uninstall or unwise).
