lazy real player

hi all...the problem is probably dsl speed(100mbps)...but...my real player
constantly buffers ( as does you-tube etc.) and needs to re-communicate while
playing streaming videos from any website..are there any actions i can take
to eliminate this inconvenience..clean-ups, deletetions etc. thank you much...

It may help if you keep your TIF folder emptied.
