Import Not Supported

I'm trying to edit this video I found online, but it says it's not supported.

The file C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My
Videos\169_acecombat6_ot_tgs07_091907_hr.mp4 is not a supported file type,
and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.

How can I quickly fix this?

Convert it into something more friendly to WMM.... like avi or wmv.
