Create contact from incoming email in outlook

When I follow the instructions for creating a contact
(right click the FROM field to access short menu) the
short menu does not show "Add to contacts".
Are there any other ways to easily save contacts without
opening address and manually entering the info?

Try the outlook NG. You'll have better luck there.
