MSN Streaming Protocol?

Does anyone know what type of Streaming Protocol MSN video uses. I would like
to capture a msn video with some software and it would help to know the
protocol type. So far, none of them seems to be working.The only one that
sort of works is Capturepad, but then you have to sacrifice audio.
