My wife and I both have user accounts. We would like a
shared e-mail folder since we have only one e-mail
account with mchsi. The e-mail address is that shown
above. The problem is when either of us is logged on in
our XP user account and we read e-mail then when the
other person logs on they can't see the e-mail that the
first person read. We would like a shared e-mail folder
where each person can have access. We use Outlook Express

Make sure that OE uses the same Store Folder in both accounts. The
setting can be found in Tools > Options > Maintenance > Store Folder.
You cannot use OE simultaneously in both accounts after you changed
this, of course.

If the two do not have the same account structure you will probably lose all
newsgroup subscriptions every time you switch users. See Backup and Restore
