Vulnerability issues ? ? ?

I haven't downloaded any other the Microsoft patches since I got my computer
running XP Home with Service Pack 1. I noticed today from a couple different
sources that a vulnerability issue on almost all Windows based computers has
been identified. I was going to download the patch for it and noticed there
are a total of 27 patches Microsoft recommends I download.

Should I download all 27 updates that Microsoft suggests or just the main
one that is the biggest risk right now?

Download ALL of the ones that are in the Critical Updates section.
