I can download some items,but most things I try to
download appear to be loading,but aren't,the file
downloading box appears but the areas remain blank,ie:
time for load,store in,etc. I ALSO CAN NOT PLAY
WMP ,music or movies,i loaded WMP, but every time i go to
use it the WMP ? box appears over and over
