Live Messenger and Remote Assitance

How do I use Live Messenger with remore assistance. It asks me to use
Windows Messenger or Outlook to send invites.

Greetings,

Just open up a conversation window with someone, click the Activities button and then choose
the Remote Assistance option from the window that appears.
