Installing wordperfect office suite 2002 internal error

Tried to install wordperfect office suite 2002 and
received an internal error code of 2711. This same error
is returned for each type of installation ie. Typical,
compact or custom install.

I am running WP Office on my XP machine with no problems. Works like a
charm.

Or even ...wordperfect10? (Is not the 2002 suite WP10, etc.?)
