Problem with login

I have an acount created in messenger, but a few days ago i change my
password. In that moment i have a problem with the computer, now i cant
login. I have tried to recover my password, i know the answer to the
question, but i dont know what postal code i have created. I try some but i
cant login. Does anyone now how to recover my password any other way ?

Hi, I had similar problem for a week! and finished up creating completely new
alternative details and finally got signed in - to windows messenger that is,
but i could have finished up somewhere unpleasant
