DVD Not Responding

The problem is that everytime I use the DVD player,nothing shows up!I even
went to "My Computer" and there was no DVD icon.
What Do I Do?

Providing your optical drive has not totally died, first you use the
Upper/Lower filters fix at:

And then try the PX Engine update from:
