I noticed that this is the case only for file types "Folder" and "File
Folder".
For all other file types the "Delete" button is active, and under
"Advanced", which shows you the actions the "Remove" and "Edit" buttons are
active. For the folder types all those buttons are greyed out so the only
thing I can do is add new actions.
