How can I change the default browser in Outlook to use
Explorer instead of AOL to open all my hyperlinks in
emails sent to me? I know how to change it individually,
but I want it to always use Explorer. Thanks.

Open IE, go to Tools, select Internet Options, go to the Programs tab. If
the following at the bottom of the page is unchecked, check it and click
apply and ok, if it is checked, remove the check, click apply and ok, then
check it and hit apply and ok.
Now, close IE, then reopen it. Internet Explorer should ask you if you wish
it to be your default browser, answer yes and check the option to not be
asked again or it will ask you every time you open IE.
