please help, after getting my cpu back from repair, font-
icons-etc --everything seems smaller--i've tried
adjusting font thru control panel but doesnt chg back to
way used to be--is there a win xp update download i might
have previously downld that i need to get again? (my
computer was restored to orig. settings)--however i have
downld most of the critical updates. any suggestions are
welcome

Have you tried changing the display properties? If your display was set at
800x600 when it went out to repair, it may have been set at higher
resolution e.g.,. 1024x768. Right click desktop, then Properties, select
Settings tab and check Screen resolution.
