Sorry I forgot to put a meaningful title in Subject.

I bought a video from Itunes and I would like to be able to put just the
song part of it on my shuffle. Is this an impossible task? I have
Windows XP SP2 and the video is a m4v file. Is there any way to convert
it or just get the song part out of it? Or do you have to buy the song
separately on Itunes? I never thought to look for just the song.
