debugger

ive just installed xp, was just wondering what debugger
is & how do you use it ..... it came up on screen after i
tried to reinstall incredimail , please help im 2 sceard
to install anything else cause i dont know what it is or
how to use it,its not mentioned in anything i have on
xp ,PLEASE explain

The only people that need and use debuggers are developers. Basically if you
have to ask, you don't need them.

That does not address you're real question. The real question is why are you
having problems with Incredimail, and that's something no one can answer
specifically without more information than you've posted.
