The simplest I have found is to use a RIGHT click drag and
when you let go of it in the new location a menu will appear with
options: MOVE COPY ...

Each time I boot up the task scheduler is disabled and it wont start. I
have to run a tweak (winsockxpfix.exe) to get it going. This follows a bad
