how to disable bluetooth in XP?

I have a USB Bluetooth adaptor. Is there any way to toggle this device
(disable/enable) WITHOUT having to reboot each time?

USB Safety Remove will disable and enable devices without rebooting.
Windows should have had this utility built in. ;-)

Thanks, but
It says: "Powers off devices in Vista and Win7"
But I'm using Windows XP...

No that is okay. As XP always powers off the device when disconnected.
Vista and Windows 7 doesn't for some stupid reason. Thus USB Safety
Remove allows you to do so under Vista and Windows 7 if you want it too.
But no need to have this option for XP since that is the only way it
works anyway. ;-)
