Error Log message
 

Error log gave me:- DCOM got error "%1068" attempting to start the service
upnphost with arguments "" in order to run the server: {204810B9-73B2-11D4-B
F42-00B0D0118B56}

Can anyone translate this into basic English?

I am trying to discover what is causing WXP to stall. Problem shows mostly
with Explorer but also with other installed software.

-In the Open box, type services.msc /s, and then click OK.
-Double-click "UPnP Device Host".
-For Startup type, click Automatic, and then click OK.

What does the /s do when launching services.msc? I haven't seen that
before (and it doesn't seem to do anything for me at the moment).

I tried a few different switches, including /?, /s, /r, /c, and
/hello. In every case, I got the same exact Services window.
