I manage guest computers at hotels. I would like to use the Virtual PC and
automatically erase any changes a guest has made to a pc when they log off.
Can I do that? How do I do that?

Hi,

If you're referring to Microsoft Virtual PC, open the Virtual PC Console,
highlight the VPC in question and click on Settings.

Click on Undo Disks and put a check next to "Enable undo disks".

Now in the Virtual PC Console click on File - Options - Security to set
security options.

A better solution would be something like Deep Freeze by Faronics.

You may not need to use a virtual machine environment. You may want to
investigate one of Microsoft's latest security products, free, Windows
Steady State.

I too am in the same boat and currently testing the Farconis deep freeze standard edition works well, only problem is all windows and appplication updates need to be manually installed.( Deep freeze needs to be disabled or thawed during next boot.)
