I am trying to set up a laptop for my son & daughter with me having
the administrator rights. Everything seems to be fairly well except I
am unable to allow them to access the email. When I log on their
account and try to use the email it says it is blocked by the
administrator. I have tried to find where to change the settings but
an unable to do so. Where/how do I change the settings to allow them
to access email and or other programs?

We probably need to know what email software you're setting up for them:
Outlook Express?

OK, What I did is copied the email program (Eudora) into my daughter's
directory so she can check the email.

I don't know about Eudora specifically but many applications need to
be installed, not just copied over.
