Hello:
at each restart, windows try to install updates but didn't succeed, I
have always the above message. The problem is that process to undo
changes takes about 30 minutes each time. how to resolve that?

I had the same thing for a few months last year. I had to reinstall
windows. Since then it has been updating with no problems.
