This may have been done by phishing emails getting domain name
account log-in info, but it also highlights the vulnerability of the
domain name provider themselves as an entry point for an attack. For
example, do companies trust the employees of their domain name
provider as much as those trusted to deal with systems handling
log-in data within their own organisation?
