Restoring Computer

I have been having problems with my DELL computer for a couple months now, and I was just wondering if there was any way that I could clean and clear everything off of my computer so it could go back to the way it came when i first got it. I just want to restore it to its original factory settings, before i got to downloading things....If anybody has any suggestions PLEASE let me know...Keep in mind I obviously don't know much about computers, so keep it in simple terms for me. Thank you!

I've just replaced my DELL w/ a hp because DELL has too many operating problems. To answer your question, you'll have to take it to a DELL service store to have them do it. It'll take them about 11 hrs. to re-program it. I had to do it once myself, so I'm writing frem experience. Sorry for the bad news, but that's the way DELL is. Din't try to contact DELL support, all you get is a recording, contrary to it's commercial.JPM
