Spybot Search & Destroy 1.4 question

Hi,
I ran Spybot on my XP Pro today and I got these three warnings: Search and
Destroy\Includes\MalwareC.sbi (see Includes errors.log for details.
also the same message for: Trojans.sbi, and TrojansC.sbi.

Anybody know what this means or if I should do something about it? I cannot
see any "error log". Spybot found no errors or problems.
Thank you, Patti

1. You are using an obsolete version of Spybot Search & Destroy. You should
uninstall it and get the most recent version. Better choice is to uninstall
it and download Malwarebytes' Antimalware (MBAM) from www.malwarebytes.org
instead.

2. If you decide to keep Spybot Search & Destroy, post questions about it in
its user forums. Look for them on safer-networking.org.
