Firefox Home Page Question

I used to always set Firefox to open to a htm file I coded resident on
my hard drive. Specifically - 'c:\myhomepage/htm'.

Now I have installed Firefox19.0.2, and I do not see that capability
now under tools. Has that capability been removed? If not, how do I
do it?

Thanks

Big Fred

I am sorry, Big Fred, but I believe that the feature was removed. I don't even see it now, 11 versions later. But , it is no longer available. I would suggest using Google Chrome or IE8.
