Starting dial-up-dialog when internet explorer is opened

Hi
Does any one know how I can configure my computer in XP
so that when i click the internet explorer
shortcut/application my dialup dialog to the internet
appears automatically.

Now i first have to open the dial up dialog and then open
internet explorer.
