Windows printer dialog slow to pop up.

We had issue here of Windows printer dialog taking a minute to pop up. And
most pcs here are running Windows XP SP2, they tried a Windows hot fix 917777
and also upgrade to SP3 for the issue and that didn’t work, sometimes
installing the printer twice on the pc fixes the issue.
The other thing we did was some people had the issue in IE 7 and we had
them use Firefox and that fixed this issue.

Another solution is supposed to be making printer name an even number of
characters and less than 32 characters long.
