What are the options to keep XP clients up to date with non-microsoft
software like Adobe Redear, Flash, etc? TIA

Have 'em check them selves automatically.

Check 'em yourself manually.

I am looking for PUSH options from a central spot. Is that built into
Windows Server?

I know of SMS. Never had to use or admin it. There are
microsoft.public.sms.* groups for it. They could address if SMS can be
used to push non-Microsoft software.
