How to capture a video clip rather than the adverts?

http://www.itv.com/meridian-west/wor...-numbers35540/, being a
commercial TV station, shows the clip repeatedly, with a (different)
advert between each showing (and before the first one).

Any suggestions for a Firefox addon/plugin/whatever that can capture the
clip (with adverts if necessary)? I've tried about half a dozen
(starting with DownloadHelper), but they either don't have any success
at all, or they just save _only_ one of the ad.s.

(I have access to two systems - XP home and a customised XP pro.)

RAM disk is *not* an installation procedure.

Go to....

http://keepvid.com/

.....and copy / paste the URL of the video you want, into the main box on
the site.

You will be given a choice of formats, differing in size and quality, for
your download.

Once you have chosen your format, the file is downloaded to your desktop.
