"wsappx" is consuming 5% of my CPU.
I ran "Windows 10 November 2019 Update .EXE";
now "wsappx" is consuming 5% of my CPU and it's periodically turns my mouse cursor into an hourglass. I'm running the "Home" version of Windows. These services can't be stopped: Windows Store Services (WSService) Client License Service (ClipSVC) AppX Deployment Service (AppXSVC) I can't launch "Windows Store" ( ms-windows-sto ). |
