Hosting a Web Cam Web server. Not Working remotely.

I have a web cam web server running through the software that came with the camera's. (GV-800 system). Server is connected to a D-Link router which is connected to an ActionTek DSL Gateway. I configured the Port Forwarding on the ActionTek. I configure
d the Virtual Servers for the Camera Server ports on the D-Link. I've even put the Camera Server ip address in a DMZ zone. But I still cannot connect to 192.168.0.102:80 (camera server) from a remote pc using the internet. This is really driving me craz
y. Running Windows XP Home edition on the camera server. I checked to make sure ICF was disabled and that Terminal Services was running. What do I need to do to get this thing to work?

I also have a laptop connecting to the D-Link through a wireless card and I can connect to the Web Server from the laptop but that is inside my small business network.

Server has a firewall outside of the D-Link and ActionTek but I turn the security off on that.

HELP!!!!
