He won't get anywhere. Be nice if he did.

This would have been much better if it had been a class
action lawsuit

And another class action lawsuit to included all the botched,
forced Windows 10 full reinstall upgrades as well.

And maybe another one for lost downtime for all the
forced full reinstall updates.

FROM that story..

This is not the first lawsuit Dickman appears to have filed recently.
According to a search of the Colorado court database, Dickman has
filed several different lawsuits on a variety of matters.

I don't get what the fuss is about, because this would give him
exactly what he wants/demands and hence settles the lawsuit:

'Download Windows 7 Disc Images (ISO Files)'
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

This would have been much better if it had been a class
action lawsuit

And another class action lawsuit to included all the botched,
forced Windows 10 full reinstall upgrades as well.

BTW, what *is* this 'Windows 10' thingy you guys keep talking about!? :-)

Why, it's the latest spyware from the monopolists in Redmond, of
course. Didn't you always wish to be shown ads, even when you're not
on the Web? 8)

It's a screensaver they use at Best Buy.

And if you're having trouble telling the staff in the
photo, from the "customers", the "customers" are the
ones who refuse to tuck in their shirts.

I don't get any ads. I read the screens during setup and turned
off all the reporting and personalization options too.

I've used that. Works fine as long as you have a valid key.

This would have been much better if it had been a class
action lawsuit

And another class action lawsuit to included all the botched,
forced Windows 10 full reinstall upgrades as well.

Best thing since Windows 95.

Sounds like a fishing expedition. I doubt he will be able to prove any loss remotely
approaching $600M even if it fried his PC and burned his house down. The most he's
likely to realize from this is a hefty legal bill.

He sued his mother because he was born with a small penis and
became a democrat homosexual. Sounds like he should have been a
Mac user to begin with.

He has a fantasy about being raped by lawyers. Male lawyers.
