Registry issues are separate from Malicious activity, but can be caused by malicious activity. I would suggest that you try: Malware Bytes Anti-Malware (they have a free version) http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php Trojan Remover, v 6.8.1 (full function trial) http://www.simplysup.com/tremover/download.html Safer-Networkings Spybot Search and Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/ -- You can't trust your best friends, your five senses, only the little voice inside you that most civilians don't even hear -- Listen to that. Yes, it is called the installation software (installation CD - or EISA
