Application Sharing Error - Status code 488

I used to be able to do Application Sharing with other Windows XP
users. Now when I try, I get the error message:

The person you are trying to connect may not be running a compatible
program. Status code 488 has been returned by the SIP Stack

Anyone have any suggestions? THANKS!
