How do I bypass the login screen in XP Home

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to configure my computer to bypass
the login screen so that when I power up my computer I
don't have to login or choose a user? It was this way
before I loaded updates from microsoft.

I am using XP Home edition.

Thanks very much.

Go to Start/Run and type: control userpasswords2 and press OK.

Remove the check mark from the "Users must enter......" option. Click Apply
and enter the user name and password you wish to log on with.

You may want to try 'tweak ui' from the following.

I was looking for the same thing, and this worked for me.
