New Windows Messenger 4.7 version (4.7.2005)
"Make a Phone Call" has been removed from the Options menu, but can
be activated by a Registry modification. It then shows up under the "I want to ...." at the bottom of the Messenger window. It allows one to make phone calls through the Communications Service, but apparently not through the Voice Service Providers previously offered through .NET Messenger Service.
