Norton AntiVirus has instructed me to delete certain
files using Windows Explorer. When I click on those files to delete them, however, I find that "access is denied". How do I get rid of those files?! |

Apparently, that virus file may be residing in your System Restore folder.
To remove that virus file, you'll have to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn System Restore back on.
