Searching free (only!) webspace comparison (incl. WebDav) and overview with restrictions (e.g. max 25 MB per file upload)

I am searching for a comparison of free webspace providers which offer ftp and/or webdav upload.
This overview should contain all restrictions like total webspace and max up+download per file per day.

Is there somewhere such a list?
