Error 1068: the dependency or group failed to start.
 

I have WinXp, and wanting my friend to connect to my
system via network cable and use my broadband connection
thru' my system... When I go into broadband properties
and select "Advanced" and then under the
heading "Internet Connection Sharing", I select "Allow
other network users to connect......." and the error
[Error 1068: the dependency or group failed to start]
occurs. Can someone help to resolve this before I throw
the system out the window! Thanks.
